Rhinoplasty

I have always hated my nose. There a bump that I constantly keep seeing larger. When I was little I had a small cute nose, but now it is very big and has a bump. I have always said I wouldn't get a nose job, but now I am really considering. My mom had rhinoplasty done when she was 18 by a member of her family who also did many famous stars in his country. Too bad he's dead because he would probably done it for free like he did with my mom. My mom's nose now is straight and doesn't look like she had anything done. I am scared about it because I hate anestesia, and it is frightening to go under a knife. If I am going to do it I am aware I have to do tons of research, but I think it would be a few years from now. Many of my friends are saying not to since they think it wouldn't look right, but this will make me so much happier and confident. I am not confident with my nose now, and it's the truth I really can't hide it. I have been made fun of hundreds of times, but would never get mad or take it personally until now. I'm 18 and I have waited a great deal for this, now I am making a big decision... I now my mom would support me 100% but what if it ends up worse than it already is? I can't afford to get it fixed again. So what do you think about rhinoplasty? Have you had one done or know anyone who had it done?
