What a super spammer!

I think i know which poster you mean. I dont really see the point in making 20 useless threads, id rather have one or 2 that have got a really good discussion going. I would say im a bit of a spammer, but the good kind of spammer that just wants to talk a lot lol

People who do that are trying to cheat the system. I hope you reported them, I would have. If people cannot share their own thoughts and ideas, they shouldn't even be here. This is not to be confused with people who find something interesting on the net, furnish a link and then discuss it. Those types of discussions are interesting and informative.

Maybe its not where they come from as much as it is greedy people. Lets face it no one will get rich or pay the bills being here. I just consider the money a added bonus. Darn if I can find the super spammer of this conversation. I find alot of people do this same exact thing. Don't they read anything starting with site policies ,does and dont's ?I always do better checking a place out before spewing my silly questions all over . I guess they think we don't notice them. I know whom you are talking about!At first I had responded to a topic started by this person...something related to marriage.But then I realized that it was plagiarised from a site as had been pointed out by a fellow mylotter.It is completely outrageous what that person is doing.But all Indians are not like this person.This spammer's activity is just causing a bad impression on our country.Spammers abound everywhere and in every country.I know the posts are really idiotic and irritating too!All we can do is to report it.I hope this person gets deleted forever so that we may live in peace.

I know exactly who you are talking about. Does her user name start with an 'S'? There are multiple discussions like that which have been posted in the pizza and chocolate categories within the last 10 minutes already... all by the same user. Its just obnoxious! What is the point? ugh.

I guess everyone likes to feel that they are good at something. Being good at spamming, however, is not very valuable! I wonder if people who do things like this really earn money, or whether Mylot realizes that they're posting the same sentences over and over, and doesn't count their responses...

While I'm not sure which spammer you're talking about I've seen my fair share of spammers here that outrightly plagiarize...when I catch it, I make warnings to the person that they are plagiarizing and it seems to fall on deaf ears...they just keep doing it...there was one person I was tracking and every single one of his responses to discussions were plagiarized...and reported him over and over again...just looking earlier today though I see all his responses have been zapped and he'll probably be banned next. Want to hear a winner? One of the discussions he responded to was about plagiarism..and guess what? He plagiarized his response!

I thought beginners here in MyLot can't do the copy-paste trick, particularly those who haven't reached 500. So is this "S" person already here for a long time now? Guess that sucks.

I don't know who you are talking about but just the same it ain't right. The rest of us on hear are giving honest hard working lines. Then here comes the smart tail who thinks they will take the easy way out. I know my comments are also true to the discussion. Isn't there something that can be done about that?

Ah..I remember it correctly that there was also a Plagiarist from China, but he's gone now. i can't believe he dared to copy paste and didn't bother to read the rules. too bad for him, he achieve quite a few and then blew it up just like that. when are those kind of people ever gonna learn..

When I think about what you are saying about this spammer and how hard most of us here work to post honest original discussions, which allows us to keep our integrity in tact, I have to wonder what her popularity score is. This just shows that you can post here without much penalty or am I wrong? If there is a penalty for stealing others work, what is it. Not that I would ever intentionally do such a thing, but I am wondering how easy or difficult is it to be removed from myLot?

I agree and I think I know who you are talking about. From reading their topics I really thought she had something to share. But that wasnt the case.

Sounds to me like the user is just trying to post as much as he or she can to get earnings, without regard to the rules or guidelines. To copy others work is so dumb and not evern creative. Good grief, anyone can do that, but the rest of us know better, and that one might too, but doesn't really care. I think that person should be banned, and maybe she is trying to get herself banned, who knows. I think that mylot should take the earnings away, and let them know that if they keep it up, then they will be forced out of here. It relly irks me when people copy others, an dcan't even think of their own words. I never saw any of the disucssion, and maybe that is a good thing. I hope the person is banned permanently.
