How do you express your love on your Wedding Anniversary?

The thought sparkled off yesterday while we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Wow... can you imagine, it's a silver anniversary already! Well, I cooked him his favorite dish and he brought home (for me) some 25 lovely red roses. No that's not it, he asked me to go buy something in white gold for this special occasion as he has no idea what to look for. But you would say it's silver, why white gold? Simply because I'm allergic to silver LOL! That being said, I think the most important thing to mark the day is to show that you care for each other, respect each other, say that you love her/him, show your appreciation and joy of being together in spite of the ups and downs in life, or many more other simple but loving acts. Sometimes (please forgive me in pointing my fingers to some of our male friends here), I wonder just how often when we're so absorbed in our daily work and routines, or taking things for granted that we easily forget this important date. So my question is: how do you express your love to your significant other on your wedding anniversary? Would you care to share your sentiments?

I'm not yet married, but I tell honestly and no lie, I always express my love for my girlfriend. Everyday I show her how much I love her.. It's kinda weird if you were only expressing your love every occasion..

Thank you for joining in the discussion. You're right, we should all try to show our love, care, and respect at all times. Your girlfriend is lucky to have you :-) Hope you'll soon be happily married.
