It is very easy to make money here and after you are here for awhile, and start making friends it will be very easy to become involved in all the different discussions. Hello there. I'm new here as well, and I've found from other posts, that there are a few ways. The first one is posting discussions which you have already done. You can also respond to posts as well. Also if you refer your friends here you earn money, but you have to make sure that they use the link that you provided. I think that there are other ways...but I'm still in the beginning stages as well. Maybe we could bounce ideas off of eachother.
