Do you like to eat garlic bread?

I like to make homemade garlic bread once in a while like I'm going to make it for dinner tonight with roast ribs!
I thought it was not easy to make at home so I just tried to cut the little pieces of garlic and mix the butter ands it came out just like a real deal! I was very surprised!
Seeing we are not supposed to share receipe here, you can ask me if you are interested :-)
I like garlic bread very very much, even though the breath stinks afterwards, I still like it! :-D What about you?

Hi mermaidivy, you can't start a topic with a recipe but you can add them underneath. I like garlic bread but we probably have it in a different styles. i like to partially toast a piece of thick country type bread, rub it with a garlic clove and maybe sprinkle some fresh thymne on it, then drizzle a little olive onto it and finish it off under the grill. That's how we do garlic bread here, served with some black olives. Who cares about a little garlic breath when you're eating it together.

yeah everybody likes garlic in my family so we don't mind it as long as we don't burp in front of each other.
The press galic thing sounds interesting, I never thought of of, I think it is worth to invest really because I usually garlic a lot as well! :-) Thanks for sharing!

YES I DO! I like eating it as a snack. It's also great to pair with coffee or even hot tea.

Butter + little white sugar + very little salt + little Italian seasoning + fresh minced galic, mix it up, put it on the bread! -- wonderful garlic bread! Can you smell it?

Hello here I am again, never bored of answering your topic..he he he GARLIC!? Don't you know that I could eat whatever garlic recipe you have...I could even eat with rice fried or boiled garlic alone with it...Garlic is my favorite spice in the world of spices..I don't mind about the breath stinks, I am not kissing ladies anyhow (only my wife alone) he he he he could you give me your different garlic recipes? If you don't mind...

Yeah, I like cooking with a lot of garlic, it is one of my favourite thing to add to my food ^_^

Hi, mermaidivy.
I love garlic bread. The taste is awesome....
I have never made it myself the real garlic bread. I bought the garlic cream and put them on the top of bread. It tasted delicious.
In our country, we eat garlic all the time. Normally we use garlic to stir fry the vegetables or meat. I never thought the breath will stink afterwards.

Garlic Bread is one of my favorite things to eat, i eat it a lot since i eat garlic bread pizza sometimes for lunch as that is so yummy. I know bread has a lot of calories in it, but darn does it taste so good. What is it just about butter and garlic that tastes so good. Who even cares if your breath stinks because your eating something so delicious.

I love anything with garlic. I still want to try to black garlic that have more health benefits and stronger flavor (I didn't think garlic could get any stronger). Garlic bread is lovely and I probably have a recipe in my cookbook to make everything including the bread from scratch. I know my mouth is now watering and I might have to go to the grocer just to make some hopefully later this week. Thanks for your lovely ingredients mix for the spread. It sounds tasty.

Garlic Bread! Yum Yum! Garlic is one of my weakest points when it comes to the dieting world. I can't help it I love garlic bread or anything that has garlic in it. I also have read that garlic will help keep the blood pressure levels in check. Finally a food that is good for you.

i love garlic bread. nothing beats garlic bread. it does stink afterwards, but no worries, we have plenty of peppermint candy :)
i normally make it from sliced baguette, heaps of butter, garlic, and parsley, sometimes i add a little mixed herbs as well :)
