What is a legitimate site to inform others about good/bad ptc sites?

Does anyone know of up to date legitimate information sites you can use to confirm whether a ptc site is legitimate or not? Specifically one where you can give you own experiences also with ptc sites to warn or encourage others. I want to make sure people know about certain sites that have never paid me or even contacted me.
