Just wondering if anyone has any chicken soup or words of advice to share with a soul that feels a little bit used up? It seems that when I check over my list of real world friends the list seems to get smaller and smaller. Do any of you ever seem to have this problem. Seems like what few friends are there, they only want to borrow something from you or they want you to listen to them as they complain about different things in life. Well what do they think, that I don't get tired of hearing it? Sorry folks but I just had to vent. Had to tell a friend earlier if he wanted to delete me go ahead on. I'm not over here trying to hold a weapon to anybody's head. Besides it's a free world last time I checked. Am I right, wrong or what?

i love to vent and rant...
they think we want to hear about their problems cos we don't have any of our own and we're there to do for others even tho most of them won't do for us.
i've been deleted, it's no big thing...their loss.

Took the words right out of my mouth sky.
I like being the good friend, the one who's always there day or night no matter what.. but there's only so far that I'll allow another person to drag me down and waste my energies.
I might only have two or three friends now, but at least that it's two or three that I'm happy with, not a hundred and three making me miserable and tiring me out :)

I see it as more like a free country than a free world. I don't blame you, though. I get tired of listening to people's complaints, too. I told a girl one time that I would do anything in the world for her and she took advantage of that. I let her borrow some money from me one time and it was forever before she finally paid me back! It could be maybe she had to wait till she could get it. I don't know. I have learned since then not to be so trusting of people. Kathy.

I have always loved Chicken Soup stories. They are so uplifting and definitely inspirational. And all of the stories are REAL. Not just make-believe that would make your heart melt or bring tears in your eyes because it has touched your emotions. It is something that you know happened to somebody and in a way, there is a possibility that it can happen to you. So whatever the message of the story is, you can take it by heart and it will always give one HOPE.

I was once taught that if you have three real friends in life, you're doing good. I tend to think that if you have one real friend you are doing good. Don't fret, your time will come. Do you know the saying, "what goes around, comes around"? Just try to be a real friend to people in your life and eventually you'll get yours.

Your not alone about that one,i also experienced also, there are some people if they know you're good person they will take advantage to you, or they will remember you if they like something to you, or borrow money specially, but after that they get whatever they like to you suddenly they will not remember you, even everyday your seeing each other. There are some people like that. But i just only understand that kind people or some friends like that. All the complaints you will heard from them, but i only listening to them, maybe they need somebody to listened to them.
