How to overcome the fear in a interview!

Hi,friends.something has been annoied me for a long time.I'm a shy girl and I'm scared to speak to the new people.Expecally in a interview,I always timited to give shape to my idears.So I always failed in a interview.It has been obsessed me for a long time.I want to find a good jop but it very hard for me expecially in such kind of backgroud.I need your advice! best regards

Just go in there and be confident. Just be honest and answer the questions the best you can. Sometimes you can figure out what type of answers they are looking for and you can customize your answers/responses accordingly. I went on an interview last week and I think it went well. However the pay was just awful and the working enviornment there pretty much sucked. I think I am going to keep on applying and interviewing and I am sure there must be something much better out there for me. Keep on trying and I wish you luck on your job search and interviews!
