I don't but the other party did! She find it so hard to come face to face with me, she decided to walk the other path..

i have crossed the sreet where i would not have to speak to people before i don't know if they saw me or knew why i crossed the street. i wouldn't care if someone done that to me it is better than pretending you like someone when you don't

I have never done that. If I do not want to talk to someone, I just let them know that i am in a hurry to get somewhere, and that i really don't have time to stop and talk. However, I'm lucky enough not to meet many people I'd like to avoid, but when it does happen, I just tell them I'm in a hurry to get somewhere.

This is going to sound mean, but yeah I've done it. There was someone who thought we were friends but I didn't really care for the guy. He was a nice enough person but just soooooo annoying. I even hid my face with the hood on my coat. After that I felt kind of bad for doing it.

Yes i have a sister in law that i try to avoid at all costs. It is just better if i go in the other direction when i see her. I even avoid family gatherings if she is going to be their.

I have! Unfortunately it was my cousin who dared to marry outside our community. Back in the good old days of seventies it was sacrilege in the conservative society of India. I was about ten at that time. Even though I did not know why I did it, I did feel very guilty. I had seen his mother in tears for his doing, so perhaps I thought he had something really bad! Years later I met him accidentally on a business trip. Talking to him was not easy. He took pains to put me at ease. We are good friends now. By the way, he had noticed that I had avoided him.
