does anyone buy baby nappy cakes for baby showers anymore

For months I have been working on ideas and have ads on google twitter and more but cant seem to get things to sell . http://www.centrestores.com/shop9/index.php? has alot of my range is anything wrong with it?

I think people do buy nappy cakes as i recieved one when my baby was born. That was just 6 months ago. Nappy is a great idea to include for baby shower and it is one way of helping mothers as bringing up a baby can be expensive.

I dont really know if people really buy them as much. I know alot of people are starting to make them thereselfs. Its not hard to make especially considering you can learn from youtube. They have how to do videos there on almost everything but not really everything.
