I just came across a point which is takes most of my time and irritates me. I often think ARE WE MADE FOR COMPUTERS OR COMPUTERS IS MADE US. This came into my mind when i was not able to resist myself from being online how much ever i tried it was not possible. Later after a few days i visited my family doctor just for a check up. I asked him there were dark circles below my eyes. The first question that he asked me was do you be in front of computer for more than 6 hours and i replied yes.
