My Public IP address changes every time when My Modem restarted?

That is NORMAL. Unless you pay for a static IP, which is quite expensive, the IP tracking only lasts for your computer as long as the IP address is the same, then it will look as though you are accessing your account from a different computer. Hope that helps. You could use more then one account in this way for a time, but soon they will probably find out. and it would be hard to keep a track of. Cheers.

Yes my friend even the internet connection that I use does have such a thing. I don’t have a fixed ip and that is why when I restart my modem, I have a new IP. For some things I find it very nice. But yes it is difficult sometimes if you don’t have a fixed IP. But yes. I have a very nice advantage when I am downloading the rapid share files as I don’t have to wait for the 15 minutes counter. I just restart my modem and that’s it. I have a new ip and start the next file.

Hi phillip its always nice to respond to your discussion.however I feel Its a bit more serious.you need to check if all the four numbers separated by .( dots) are different ,then theres a bit trouble or may be not. If the last two or one number is changing then thats the proxy ip and it really doe snot matters more.Hope you are safe.

i suggest you do not create another account even though you have an dynamic IP. better go in a good way to earn if you caught our all earnings will be flushed. client IP changes when you disconnect and reconnect the modem but not the server IP.
