There might be a lot of guides on the Internet but I decided to show you a few of the things you can get from there.
First of all for anyone who doesn't know about it you need at least level 50 runecrafting to enter. You can find it in the wizards tower (south of Draynor) on the second floor through the purple portal. There's only one thing you can do in there and that is to participate in a minigame called the Great Orb Project also known as GOP. The rewards from the minigame are tokens which can be spent on items sold by the guild master. They include:
- runecrafting robes 4000 tokens (top, bottom, hat, gloves)- they come in three colors (yellow, green, blue) and give the highest magic bonus in f2p worlds. You also get extra runecrafting experience if wearing them
- teleport tablets varies from 30 to 45 tokens- used for teleporting to runecrafting altars and the guild and are accessable by f2p players
- talismans 50 tokens for f2p, 125 for members ( and the omnitalisman for members)
- rune essence and pure rune essence- 1 token per one ess. A very good way to make money since you get a maximum of 700 tokens from one game
- talisman staff 10000 tokens- a talisman can be attached to this staff and be used simular to the runecrafting tiara to enter altars
* At the end of each round you are given rune essence for free which can be used for runecrafting and you will recieve doubled experience if done so.
** The minigame does not include combat so you do not have to worry about losing items.
*** I am not a member thous the screenshots from the guild shop are not complete.

I love GOP. I've been playing since it was released, in my opinion it's the best minigame in runescape by far :) Such good fun. One thing though, the robes from the guild don't give you extra runecrafting xp. But, they do help a little in playing the minigame- it's like a small invisible bonus to your runecrafting level, so you attract/repel better, make better barriers etc. At least that's how it is in members, possibly the bonus isn't there in f2p but I don't think that's the case. There isn't much use for the hat though, since you can't wear in into the game.
