Where is Facebook today? Twitter?

Yes I have noticed. I haven't had a hard time getting on but it is like when I try to use one of the apps it just stalls out. I sure do hope they get it fixed i have crop needing harvested lol.. happy my lotting

Yeah I have had trouble with facebook for the last couple of hours. I can log on but after that I cannot do anything at all. As for twitter- welL I cannot even get on the site. Would not surprise me if they are both under DOS attack- some people get their kicks out of doing this on popular sites. I hope they are both sorted soon.

Yep, I am really struggling with facebook at the moment, it has been fine all morning but in the last half hour it has just gone daft. I can only get on my homepage and cannot go on any games or comment to people or anything! Hoping they sort it out soon though!!

Well, I am not sure if they are right in saying that. how can it e over capacity? If yahoo is not over capacity that they have been here for a long time than twitter and yahoo has lots of clients. Well everywhere are spreading rumors of any kind just to attract attention. Let;s just try to see.

There was a story today on the MSN page that said that Twitter was hacked and that Facebook was slowed down as well but all was being looked into. I don't do Twitter but Facebook seems to be ok now.

rocketj1, I do not know about Facebook or it could have been cyber attacked with "the denial of service" attack as discovered and claimed by Twitter. Thanks to hackers, I believe these attacks will be rampant as long as they are loopholes to be exploited. I think the connection should be back to normal but until then, you will probably have to take a break. I was having all kind of trouble getting into Facebook this morning but I finally did. I haven't tried to get into Twitter.

i hope this problem has gotten worked out for you by now. im on facebook but not really into it that much. its to complicated for me. only joined cause my daughter wanted me to. i used to be addicted to myspace until i had problems with it and i found out mylot is a much more fun and easy social website for a profile page and friends that actually talk with you.

From what I understand, both sites have been broken into by hackers. It will probably be slow until that issue is cleared up.

I don't do twitter, but I can't get at my facebook account or the app I like to play either. I keep getting a message from my browser that it timed out or if I DO get them to load, they freeze before I can do or see ANYTHING! It's very annoying!

i heard just now on the tv news that twitter was down and trying to be fixed i can't get on facebook sometime i have to put new pass word in all the time i was off for about a week one time before i got back on
