which vehicle should i buy?

i travel daily about 4kms i need a gear less bike which is better in performance no worry about mileage.i choose kinetic blaze but got news that this was discontinued.i want power packed bike.can you suggest me which one should i buy ?.i can put around 70,000INR.

You should buy a toyota prius because it is the car with the most miles per gallon last time I checked.
