I just started with this company, however my team leader, Kallie, has been with the company 4 yrs! She is a single mom with 2 kids in private schools. It is her full time income, an averages $4K to $5K a month and some months top that with additional bonuses and rewards (the laptop, portable dvd player, ipod shuffle, etc.)

Yes, anything you do in life requires an investment .. even a job requires an investment (clothes, transporation, etc.)
With this business, I love the fact that we can do it completely from home in our own flexible schedule
The investment cost is $29 -- is that within your budget?
