wow that is really nice..tell your friend congratulations....its really hard to say...cos you have to know exactly what the girl likes....and what she does....and budget....if your friend likes a grandiose proposal or a romantic one or a unique one... very common is dinner placing the ring on the dessert...or champagne glass....its too cliche... they can go on a romantic getaway and from there he can ask her....setting a nice dinner for her... but i have a friend though did something special...he...actually rented a billboard space....it was huge....with his now wife's picture...and "the question"...when she saw it he gave her the ring...its really romantic and very expensive...but the girl will definitely remember it for the rest of her life.... there are some sites though that you can actually research on...for ideas...
