To be old is just a number or is our finish in life? Can be old persons happy? when somebody that have 70 and can die , is afraid, or afraid just how will die? Every day we are more older, is something we can understand and accept, or we all afraid to got older?

I am not afraid of getting old, but will like to live it to the fullest.. I pray that I don't leave beyond 70, as I have 'dream' for some good retirement life after the age of 60. Dying is not scary or afraid, what I afraid is how I finish it.. I hope I don't have to lying on the sick bed, and waiting for the final day to arrive.. it's gonna be a torture for me, if I have to die on my sick bed.. let's me not suffer for the final last day..

Hi, i remember about my grand, brand mother who had 95 when she die...she was sick 20 years, and all this time she stay in bed...and every day pray to die....when come time to die, she feel this, and pray to God..."My God, let me just more one day please" so, human nature is so strange, we want all life something...but to finish we want just little time, to stay..one more day..

no i'm not afraid to be old. what i'm afraid of is my future. i don't see anything wrong with geting old i think its very beautiful especially wrinkles i think there amazing and look ok to me. so it confuses me when old people want to get all that plastic surgeory and face lifts. your old be proud of who you are thats what i say. and i just hope when i become old i hope i still look pretty decent and i'm healthy and happy. thats all i want.

i am not afraid to be old.i think it is nature to get old day by day.we know we won't get old by one day ,time will pass year by year.we will see kids grow up parents get old.it means we will be old when kids become mature one day.it will be normal feeling for me i think.

No, I am absolutely not afraid of getting old. I do indeed, feel that an "old" person can be happy. In fact, I know plenty of "old" happy people. I live my life with much vim and vigor. In most cases, I don't think about how old I am. If there is something that I want to do and if I can do it without causing harm to myself or anyone else I will attempt to fulfill my desire. I enjoy the fact that People really have a difficult time figuring out my true numeric age. Your attitude toward life shows your true age. My motto is, Love and laugh while you live.

Im not afraid of getting old, as long as i make the life that i have worthwhile. As long as i can luve old enough to watch my daughter grow up and maybe have children of her own then i will be happy/

I am not afraid of aging, and neither is my husband. I am married to a much older man (I'm 27, he's 63) and we have a great time enjoying life as it comes. We both have our challenges (we're both almost blind, and have some physical difficulties) but we have a great time together, and do the best we can with what we have now.

you are right about being old is just number. the thing that one should remember is we have very short lives and we have to make the most of it. you will notice that ones you reach your forties, life will seem more significant each day. and everything you do will seem to be very important for you. so you make like more meaningful each day. cheers, ann
