There are a plenty of reality shows on TV.These programs shows our celebrities fighting with each other, making comments & all rubbish.
Do you think these all things are real or just a publicity stunt?

I believe most of them are. Most of the shows that involve general public are at least partially real.
But, i strongly believe, the shows that have only celebrities or the some general public (that is actually not the public but some people from the productions), are not real, in the sense anything they show is either fictitious or exaggerated.
But, this is just my thought. Maybe the truth is different. Who knows???

Me too, thats why I started this discussion.
I just can't understand there is always a fighting or controversial scene in every show of these type of programs.
Can you imagine it to be real?

They are not very real. The producers of the show always manipulates what the cast does. I took a TV production class and we learned about all the unrealness of reality shows. If the cast does not do what the producers want they have actually stopped recording to get the results they want. The shows are also edited to show what the producers really want you to see and think. They are actually very fake.

Not only producers but there team at the celebrity spot manipulates all the things happening there.
The scenes of fighting are manipulated so beautifully that those scenes lookes very much real.

I think they are a little bit of both. While I do believe that the people on them, for the most part, are real I am a little skeptical about the so called "results". I don't know if I believe that the people behind the scenes are completely leaving it up to the general voting public or they give it a little nudge every now and then.

We know the results that are on screen.May be these results are altered to start a controversy for publicity. I totally agree with you.

How can anything on TV be a snap shot of reality. I think these shows such as Celebity big brother are used for celebs to increase popularity. It always seems to be celebs that are not in the limelight wanting to re-invent their careers. I love to watch these shows simply to just look at these ridiculus people desperate to be famous again.

Yes, this is true that in "Big brother" celebrities that have a drowning career are there to give their career a second chance.
Every time we got a fully dramatic scene in a show without any reason.

Some have been busted to be actually scripted when they pretend to be spontaneously covered by camera crews. However, a few others, i'd decline to accuse of being scripted but is rather manipulated.
