I wasn't surprised by the outcome, though it was interesting to see republicans not voting along party lines. I didn't keep up with the individual support of the senators, so I thought I'd see a winning 'Yea' vote simply do to coincidental Democrat majority. I wonder what her presence will do to the current balance of the Supreme Court. At this point I can only hope she won't rule based on her understanding of 'minority status'.
