It is national out to get Babyangie27 month if you ask me. My rant is about companies who seem to have no idea how to do anything! My husband recently got a job. And he got insurance,dental,medical,eye ya know the usual. Well it all became effective August 1st. So I call and make a dental appointment. I go and they see I have some severe infection and want me to have some teeth pulled. So I say OK. I get some prescriptions from the dentists to help with swelling,pain etc. I go to the pharmacy and guess what! They say we are sorry but the insurance company says you are not covered!! Your husband and his two children are covered but not you. The daughter we share has different insurance because of her disabilities.But per the Friend of the Court documents his other children he pays support for has to be on his insurance. So my husband calls the insurance company and they don't understand it either,they say he has to call his work. Well I figure OK I don't have medical but I have dental I will call and make the appointment to get my teeth pulled. Well they tell me I was a late entrant which means my exams and cleaning are covered but nothing else for 2 years! Omg! 2 years is crazy but the dental insurance people where confused as well as to why I wasn't on at the same time because I am his spouse. So now my husband has to call his work and get it straightened out. Just this past month every check that have taken out double what they should in child support and the Friend of the Court has told them numerous times what the correct amount is. Not only all this I still can't get an answer about getting help for my utilities shut off which is nearing any day. Man I swear I just want to scream or go there and kick butt! So have you ever felt like it national screw you day,month,year??
