California V New York

i like New York better. i think the only thing to california is hollywood. i have met a great deal of air headed people from california. it's like they are trying to live up to his "we are all dumb blondes at heart". stereo-type. it is not impressive, but they think it's cute. why? and why do california-ers act like they are a country all by themselves. there are these people i know from california that live out here now (for the last 10 years almost). all they talk about is california, like it's the only place in the universe. are we all supposed to be impressed that they are from california. i think that is what a lot of people from california think. New Yorkers are more down to earth, funny, intelligent. New york is a more interesting environment. They even have celebs in N.Y. what do you think? who is better N.Y. or CA?

I think you shouldn't judge all of us Californians by the idiots that live or lived in Los Angeles 
People always seem to talk about the place they used to be. Southerners are great at this. I always ask them that if where they were was so dang good why did they leave? This usually shuts them up 
As for New York, I hear it's a lovely state. the city is just that, a big city like Los Angeles. Nothing very special about either one

I agree with you... no one should judge about anyone right? we are all desire where we live...

I have never been to new york but it is a place i would like to visit, i live about 15 minutes from LA, I like it here in SoCal because i go to the mountains a lot, and every now and then i'll go to the beach. I do not like LA beacuse there are to many cops, are there lots of cops in new york.

wow, sound like you really down to earth for New York. I from California and all I talk about is where I live, of course. well, in California has a lot of places to go... why you gone only Hollywood? how about Beach? or Space museum? how about San Francisco (Golden Bright) any many other places that you never know. I think you were here and hung around only down town and hollywood, that's why you said about speaker thing... lolz...
Of course, New York is not too bad but too much traffic there and it is good for business around. Do you think you can find mountain and fresh air like here? lolz.... no one is better and other... so if you want to compare then I will standing at my side for sure.

yes, but i am from chicago. lol. i appreciate your point of view. don't get me wrong, i don't hate people from california. i just don't understand why california-ers think so much about california. it's not better than every place else. i am just amazed about how the only ones that think california is "all of that", are california-ers. it's just funny to listen to them go on and on and on and on and on, about california. there is this one person i know, well two...make that two 1/2, that i want to just smack. i just want to tell them, "oh, go back to california already". lol.
