Would you get rid of soda, and drinking water only to achieve healthy?

Many of us might consider soda, especially coke, or Sprite contains large amount of sugar, and fat element in its ingredients. For girls, they would definitely trying to avoid drinking soda, to maintain their girly figure. Most experts recommended that water is the healthy drink for human beings. Everyday a bottle of water keep your body fit. Would you consider get rid of soda, and focus on drinking water daily?

I dont drink soda but very occasionaly.Soda is no doubt very tasty but very unhealthy .Soda contains refined sugar that can lead to obesity and even diabetes. Too much of its consumption can make bones weak and the risk of osteoprosis. Soda or cold drinks eats up dental enamel leading to dental eroison or tooth decay. It is harmful for digestive system and liver too. On the other hand water is the best inexpensive gift of nature .Water is loaded with health benefits.It not only flush toxins and waste from the body ,prevents kidney stones and constipation too. Water is good for overall health and clean and clear complexion too. You should drink water and avoid sodas as much as possible.

No, I will still drink it occasionally, not regularly. It sweet and tasty, hard to give up. Sometimes this kind of drink gives me extra energy, especially when I'm tired and down. I know the danger of the drink, so that's why I do not drink it all the time, just occassionally. Happy Mylotting

I have already given up soda, Pepsi was my choice, I have never had a problem with my weight, but i did give it up for all the other health problems that is causes. I drink any where from 5 to 10 glasses of filtered water a day.

I would never give up soda. Its everywhere and would be hard to avoid.

Give up soda? Hell yeah..ive already given up soda there's just lotsa stuff in there that isnt good for you.. and i really don't need it.. i have water juices and milk instead and i do just fine. It just makes so much more sense and it's good for your health too.. i used to crave soda.. i think i was addicted to coke too at one point i could NOT go a day without having coke.. but yeah.. it's much better now living a healthy lifestyle without all that soda and all that high fructose corn syrup in it.. i think we could all do with more water and less soda!

of course! i just recently gave up soda. now i just drink milk and juices and of course water. i think a lot of people could benefit from giving up soda. juice can be just as good and healthy, and for those who need that carbonation fix you could mix juice and carbonated water. i do this a lot and i enjoy it very much.
