Can we expect Tracy McGrady to be a tough guy without Yao Ming in new season?

I got to know NBA when I was just 5 years old,and I became a fan of Houston Rockets long time ago.
In the year 2002,A big and tall guy,Yao Ming,from Shanghai,China,joined NBA for Houston Rockets,and he kept growing and improving from year to year.Then together with another leader of the Rochets--Tracy McGrady,they have been leading the whole team to a new erea which all people have once believed that they could compete for the champion.As in 2005,McGrady made an incredibable record by taking 13 points in just 35 seconds.And Yao Ming,own his name as the Chinese Great Wall.
Now,in the last season,2008-2009,Yao was down,and McGrady was in the recovery.So,people are wondering if McGrady can still lead the Rockets for any longer.

do you remember the miraculous 22 streak which turn to the fact T-Mac can lead the team to moving on although without Yao Ming. But they can do better job together,which is no doubt!

If T-Mac can stay healthy he can be a great leader but he has had injury problems for the past few years. Hopefully he can stay healthy because I really like him as a player but I think that he is not the great player he was just a few years ago.

Oh...actually TMAC is talented,but lack of morale...Houston will experience a hard season,but I believe that they will give all doubters a shock in 2010-2011 season.

Just echoing everyone else here it seems. There is no question he has the skills and the heart but can he stay healthy enough to drive this team. That's the big question. If he is completely healed and bad luck doesn't follow him around he might have a lot left to show us fans. I'm wishing him all the best.

T-Mac is a tough player but the problem is can he stay healthy? He has been bothered by a lot injuries the past few seasons. If he can fully recover and stay healthy he can lead the rockets to atleast a playoff spot but it will be a long shot for them. Yao Ming is a big factor to their success so without him? The Rockets have a big problem.

To be honest,I don't believe Tracy McGrady will come back ,and never expect he to be a tough guy. Because of his soft nature and bad health situation , we can't expect more from him. Maybe he will be traded next season.
