International sites which are hardly international

I simply do not understand why some sites( there are many) claim that they are international when they cannot provide anything to the international members. Take for example the sites like treasure trooper and inboxdollars. Whenever you click the offer section it is always written 'not for your region'. Even the news letter that treasure trooper sends every month there are bonus offers which are not for us. They allow us to register to their sites and we cannot even earn a decent amount. Then there some survey sites like survey savvy, planet pulse, opinoinate.com ect. I am yet to receive a single survey from them. These are a few that I have named. There are many more out there. My only question is why do they advertise that they are international when they cannot cater to the needs of international people. If they simply mention that they do not accept our registration then we do not waste our time registering to these sites. We register to these sites expecting to earn something and what we land up with is total disappointment. I think there are a lot of people who would agree with me.
