do you really know your partner?

some part of him yes, but not that all maybe bcoz we are not living together yet. i can only know the whole him if we already live together in one roof. though even if we already live together, it still doesn't mean that i will know him at all.. there's a part of our life that need to be private and i respect it unless he will be the one tell that to me.

It is indeed sad to know things about a partner that made you think you hardly know him or her, I have been knowing my boyfriend for more than three years and sometimes I think I know him as I know what he will say and how he will exactly react in a situation however sometimes he does things which make me think that I hardly know him especially when I learn about something he has hidden from me and I come to know that through other means. I get hurt because I tell him everything and he hides or lies, sometimes I know he forgets to tell me but I think I need to know him more.

Do you think that all these couples that have been together for 50 or 60 years never fought, never cheated, never made mistakes? Of course they did. It's all about what you are willing to tolerate. Noone is perfect. And there is no such thing as a perfect man or the perfect relationship. Everyone has faults. You have to weigh the good against the bad and see if it's 'worth' it. There are no guarantees either. A ring on their finger won't stop them from cheating. A baby won't stop them from leaving. You could be with the same man for 50 years and he could still leave you. You would have to know EVERYTHING about a person you've lived with for FIFTY years...but your not psychic! You might know them, but you can't predict what they are going to do. Live, Laugh & Love!
