I have problem in Quickrewards Please help!

First I joined Quickrewards because it has no minimum payout. It has also good feeedback from mylot friends. I joined last June. I got excited because I saw my earnings when I became active. I requested payout last July 31. As far as I know the processing is only 24 - 48 hours. Until now I haven't received my 34 cents in my paypal account. In my quickreward account it confirmed in the history that I requested cashout and still in process. Then three days ago or last Tuesday I have problem in logging my account. In short I can't logged until now. I don't know the problem I logged my username and password and seems that they can't read it because I have no access now I mean no difference with the first page. So what I tried to do to access my account is to go back to their advertisement email, Yes I got email advertisement to click the last email they sent is last Wednesday. I was surprised yesterday when I check my email and found out that no more quickrewards emails there. Unlike before that they sent more than three emails a day. What does it mean?. Until today, I try to access my account but nothings work! I don't understand their system now I would like to think that quickrewards is a scam. The weird thing is the support or contact ek! ek! for quickrewards is under maitenance. Anyone here had problem in quickrewards????? Please I need your opinion and help.......
