I accept that recession affected the world but not the most. Many lost their jobs and many companies had been closed due this recession. But many people took this recession as a challenge. Many people after Recession enriched their talents to retain in their current organizations. Many companies changed their economic policies and showed a great profit due their innovative techniques of promoting their company. Many people have involved in MLM(Multi Level Marketing) schemes. I had seen people who earn huge amount via MLM schemes also. Many fresh graduates waiting for their call letter (especially from software companies) are improving their talents by doing courses and some of them already joined in small companies to gain experience. At last i can say that "Recession may come and recession may go but people who are eager to make money or eager to work were not that much worried about recession. They are on their own way. " What do u think about this????

Hello friend.
You have made a good point. Recession is affecting many people in both ways adversely as they are compelled to leave jobs as well as positively as now many take it as a challenge to do something extraordinary.
I am an Indian and there is too much talks about recession here in India. But according to me it is a good thing. Up till now that is before recession software companies for example are recruiting student of other branches also let it be electronics, mechanical, civil et and thus there is a very hard competition that computer students are facing to get into their own core branch. The same is the case with all other branches.
But now the situation eases out a bit as from now on software companies will take only computer branch students and other core companies with their core students.
So, I take this recession as a positive one.
Happy MyLotting.

Hello friend
I am also an Indian. But friend, I insist that our Indian software companies are still recruiting core branches students also. But i think that the core students(except IT&computer science branch) are not treated well in software companies. Right from training the differentiaton of core students starts.I heard from many people that core students are not given choices to choose their platforms of their interest after training. IT students are given projects immediately after completing training but core students are made to sit on the bench. I think that core students face much competition when compared to IT students in Indian software industry. What do u think about this

Thats what I am saying that the main problem is due to students of other branches needing jobs in IT companies. But I want to ask them why?? Why are they indulging in IT sector leaving their core subject. If they need to work on some programming based courses they should try that in their core companies.
I think that this will be absolutely right if IT companies give jobs to their students only and the same should be done by other companies.
Happy MyLotting.

Yes ur idea is good.
Presently Software companies recruit core students inorder to increase the count of employees & to get projects from abroad. But u see geting a job in software is much easier than core. U might have noticed the campus recruitment in ur college software people recruit 300,400 & even six hundred from 1300 or 1500. But in core count will be always below 50 or 100. The ratio of recruit of core companies is 10software professional=1 core professional. That much tough core interview because i had attended many and lost in the final round due to tough competition. Am i getting u?

Well I guess that recession is totally global and I don't believe some claims that it has end. With Multi level marketing schemes tho, Sure, there are a few who have made money doing 'multi-level marketing', but the majority of folks who get into it lose their backsides. It's basically a pyramid scheme. I'd avoid it.

Hello fiend
S i accept that MLM is a pyramid scheme. People may or maynot make money & making money purely depends on the rules of scheme and also repution of the MLM scheme in the society. S i accept Most of the folks end up with Rs 0, because of the following reasons
1. Joining in the scheme without properly understanding it
2. Having the idea to get richer quick
3. Lack of knowledge due to illitracy
4. No support from their upline person in his/her pyramid for developing her pyramid.
But few people(the people u mentioned)make money in MLM scheme by
1. First thing is doing MLM in their leisure time without quiting their career.
2. Understanding it properly and analysing its genuinity
3. Having patience to make money without believing solely in get richer quick
4. By explaining them properly to their friends and relatives.
5. Ensuring the support from his/her upline person in pyramid before joining.
Now u say who lose and who gains. Literate people would never fail in MlM schemes
because they would choose the proper scheme suitable to them before joining.
Joining and avoiding MLM are ur wish. I can say that a genuine MlM scheme is one of the best way to make extra money in addition to the money that we get via our career.
