is there any trick to calculate the covalency of any compound by any simple means,please answer fast ,day after tomorrow is my chemistry test

First reply is relevant to your interests (unless I've misunderstood your question). Specifically, this part of the reply:
"Percent ionic character = 100[1-e^(-DEN^2/4)]
where DEN is the electronegativity difference and e is the base of the natural logarithms."
Percentage of covalent character in a bond will just be (100% - percentage of ionic character).
