Should a woman remarry after her husband's death?

Hi All,
My cousin, who is only 23 yrs old, has lost her husband last month. Now my father talked to her in-laws about her remarriage, but they got angry. Even my cousin doesn't want to talk about it.
I know they all are upset at this time but, it is not fair to spoil the life of the girl who is so young.
What are your opinions about it?

I think it is not wrong.If they are happy and sincere together.I think it depends on the both lovers.
