Smart Choice Randomizer- How it pays?

Hello, I recently joined a site called Smart Choice Randomizer. I could not figure out what the site is about? It does not look like PTC. The site also says it would give Random referrals each week. I also could not figure out how to earn from that site? The pay out is 100$ which gives me a feel that it might be a scam.
Anyone earned from that site or can you tell us how to earn from that site?
