Im starting ANEW JOB WITH AN ESTIMATED SALARY RANGE OF 29,000-33,000.HOW WOULD MEDICAL BENEFITS,IF ANY ARE OFFERED,AFFECT THE NUMBER?

I don't think it really effects the salary, it's whatever is offered, ask them what their benefit package covers and if there are deductibles, co-pays and such, and also ask if they offer merit raises, and/or bonuses?

Benefits should not change the numbers. Benefits are in addition to the salary. Your contract should have information about your salary, benefits, working hours, holidays etc. If you are not sure about something in your contract, contact your union. You pay them to help you.
