The Paypal/Alertpay Problem

It's kind of amazing that no standard way of transferring balances from Alertpay to Paypal, or Paypal to Alertpay has come around. This inflexibility has resulted in a lot of frustration, as we all know well. I myself have come to consider Alertpay money as Monopoly money (you know - play money) because I use it only for PTCs.
Does anyone know why there isn't yet a solution, and why they don't "team up"? And if you know of any links to a conversion site, please share them. So long as they're not referral links, I think they're fine. Any referral links that you might have, you can post on your profile.

Thanks. I'm checking it out right now.
Any refer name/number that you want to provide?

Nevermind. I have signed up. Hopefully I didn't do this prematurely.

Ah. I do indeed stand corrected. I just checked. You Can withdraw to a bank account. Glad to be mistaken in this area. However, there is still a delay in being able to use the money. Though, I suppose this is just a customer complaint, then. Thank you all.

Because I cannot transfer money between the two, and I don't have a bank hooked up with my Alertpay account, and Alertpay does not have a card for me (at least, last time I checked. These things might have changed), the money in my Alertpay account can only be used online. Worthless for the grocery store or in green cash.

They are in competition with each other, that would be like Ford and General Motors teaming up! They both have a different criteria for their members accounts, That's why many site will only take alert pay, because paypal won't accept them! Paypal is in the USA, Alert pay is in Canada! That's why they are slower in processing! I have a paypal visa debit card and it's very handy! Wish Alert pay had one! May be someday! tdemex

It looks like you have to go out and get/buy a card. And there are reloading places. That sounds like a hassle. I take it, you go out and get a card, and then "reload" it online?

Huh. Sounds like you've got it worked out for yourself. I've kind of got the same thing going with my paypal account, since it's hooked up to my bank.
How are you collecting unemployment insurance? How did you qualify for it? You could PM me it if you'd prefer.

Right now I'm collecting unemployment and they autodeposit it in to the account. The money I make online I reinvest into other money making programs and the rest I transfer from alertpay into this account and I also have a paypal visa debit card and that is real handy! tdemex
