Does anybody know any good natural remedies for sore throat like a certain tea or anything? My throat is killing me.

I've heard about lemon juice. This doesn't work for me in fact, but some people tell that helps them. Get well!

Honey lemon tea! It tastes really good and it actually does help with sore throats.. I'd say take a spoon or two of honey and mix away.. add some lemons if you want!

I agree with the others; almost any kind of hot tea with honey and gargle with hot salt water. If it stays sore for more than three or four days, you should see a doctor, though, because it could be strep throat and if it doesn't go away, you'll need antibiotics.

I use warm water with coarse salt when it´s nothing but a sore throat. But that won´t help if you have an infection. If it´s a strep, there are antibiotics; if it´s a virus, there´s not muh you can do except try to be patient. Take care

I usually go for teas when I have a sore throat. It helps because it is warm partially. I have found a herbal tea called "throat coat" that is pretty good for sore throats. I also use zinc tablets. Make sure you get the lozenges though and not the "tablet" because the lozenges feel more like they really coat the throat. The tablets kinda dissolve in your mouth and I guess the zinc in good, but they are kinda grainy!!

My best advice is gargling with salt water! While I myself hate it - I hate the taste of the salt back in my throat, it really helps. Adding some honey to your tea may also help soothe your throat. Hope you feel better soon!
