Will WIndows 7 be better than Windows Vista

I think Windows 7 will be better than Windows Vista. I have used the Windows 7 beta version, which makes me to the conclusion that Windows 7 will be far better and speedier than Windows Vista.

Hai, I too agree taht Windows 7 is much more better than Windows Vista. I am using both operating systems now. Also some linux distros. I found that for networing it leads now. Also lot other features than earlier one. More support to mobile broadband etc. So waiting for the release in 2010. Till then we will be using the RC .... Regards, Reyas

Windows 7 will be released around October. Till then you will have to use the RC.

Nope boss.. Since the RC is supported till July 2010 and still tehre are lot of developments happening in Windows 7. I am getting regular newsletters from Microsoft since I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. Regards Reyas

I have also tried the Windows 7 beta, it is a lot better than vista. I am always having problems with vista, it is so freaking frustrating, I think that XP was a lot better. With Vista my desktop icons always disappear and I have to select "show icons" every time I get on my computer, even though it is selected when I get on, so I have to unselect them and then select it again to make them come up. Vista is just a lot of different problems depending on the computer. I am getting Windows 7 when it comes out because I really can't stand Vista haha. It would not take too much to beat Vista though, it sucks!

Vista is a complete disaster. Even XP is better. It doesn't take much for windows 7 to be better than vista. Let's hope it doesn't take as much ram and space as vista does... my goodness...
