What is the number shown before Mylt Username?

Hi all, I am able to see some star symbol in different colors and showing some numbers in it for many usernames in Mylot. Also If I hover on to it, it shows mylot reputation. So I want to know how the mylotters are getting it and also how to get it. Regards, Reyas

It denotes a ranking,which you achieve after you have 100 posts..I have answered this question soo many times...

it is given according to the level of discussions you get..
