It seems that I am on top of this world.I have won a lottery in the United Kingdom.I also have won a lottery in Australia.I also have won three lotteries in USA.I also get offers from wealthy Nigerian businessmen who want to give me money.
Am I the only luckiest person or anyone here more luckier than me?

Hello Krupesh,
I think a lot of people misread the entire message and totally missed what you are trying to say by it. LOL!!!
I get a lot of those too. Very sad that there are so many people out there trying to scam inoccent people out there.
I always get a lot of scam letters and lottery emails from UK. My questions is this...Don't you have to play in order to win something?? Duh! The sad part is all the people out there that fall for scams like this.
One day I got a $3,000 check in the mail. I did a little research on the company, address, etc....A totall SCAM! The first red flag when you get things like this in the email or by mail is...They ALL want you to deposit the fake checks they send you and you take your own money out and send it by Western Union. That is one red flag that will give away that is a scam. Every time you see the Western Union...RUN and don't look back! A TOTALL SCAM!!!!!!
Anyway, it will be nice to win the lottery...for real! :)
Take care my friend and happy Mylotting! :)

You can't claim like that easily.I think most of us must have received such lotteries or wealth inherited from unknown millionaires. For so long days,I was longing to get one like it .Even I was thinking,I was left lonely and I was cursing myself to be unfortunate. But at last,I got them in my mail box too. So,don't allow pride to rule your head that you are the only lucky man .I am there behind you

I am luckier than you.
I also have received those kind of emails starting when I got hooked into the internet which was 9 years ago. Those kind of emails are scams so please stay away from it. Do not reply their email and block their email address as much as possible.

Boy, did you get on someone's list! The problem with these nigerian scammers is that they share email lists among several groups and hit folks again and again with these scams. The best thing to do is to not respond because this will let them know that your email address is good. If you receive anything that looks suspicious you can check it out at scamwarners.com. They try to keep up on all of the latest scams out there.

Damn, that was close! I hate those Nigerian spammers and scammers! They ruin so many people's lives as well as annoy people by sending everyone spam. I heard of a statistic that over 60% of all emails sent is spam.

Once I almost caught them but for a small blunder of leaving my mobile in the house. They were about to meet me.I was communicating with them regularly for 2 months.I had even given them the appointment on a particular day.But one fine day when I had left my cell phone in the house one guy had called.I had not disclosed my original name to them.My wife received & he has asked for my fake. But my wife has told my original name. After that they did not call me again.I lost a good oppurtunity to put them behind bars.

You misunderstood our comments. It is all in jest, we know it's all a scam and are just having a laugh and making light of the situation. It's just scarcasm directed at these stupid scammers enabling us to laugh rather then get angry about a constant stream of spam and scam emails.
If I believed any of them for a minute well I wouldn't be here on this site would I. For starters I would have lost all my money and wouldn't be able to afford to pay my internet bill.

These emails make me giggle. I have received such a varied bunch. I've won lotteries all around the world, without ever buying a ticket I might add. I've had diploments from Nigeria, Holland, Russia, Bulgaria, and places I forgotten, offering me cash to help them get their money into the UK, that I feel that I work for the United Nations.
I've had solicitors who spent months and years trying to find me so that all my rich relatives wishse in their wills can be fulfilled.
With all my new found riches I've now actually set up my own nation after buying out 5 countries. I, and my country, Scamalot will be self sufficent for eternity as my luck is still continuing and the money is pouring in.
I am scarcastic at times aren't I?
Does anyone know anyone who has actually fallen for one of these scams?

I have read it in newspapers that so many people have fallen for this trap.Even a known person of mine(though not close) has been a victim. He lost almost $600 in return of getting the "won" amount.I dont know how these people beleive all these things.
Just you see my comment on spalladino's response as to how close I was catching the culprits. After getting to know that person lose some money for these scams , I thought of catching those fellows.I communicated with them for almost 2 months. They asked me to send money first.I told them that as I have never seen themhow can I beleive them.Tey gave me cell phone numbers as well.I was in touch with them & was almost certain to catch them but for my wife who received the call.

I got those too. Everyday I used to see those greetings that I have won a huge amount of money, when in fact, I don't even like lotto and playing chance games. For me, it is considered a gamble and I don't like it.
But those spammers have been very busy sending me that I have won an amount in UK, US, some in other country with different stories of Sponsorship to transfer their money bank into your account.
Must have been real to me, if it wasn't anything like lotto at all . In fact, i don't have time reading such and delete straight way or flag them as a spam. Someone may take a bait, and be scammed. Just be careful though.
