I don't text message, but I do have that option since I have unlimite text messaging. I think getting messages over and over from someone I didn't know, wold be annoying and I would just plain tell them that I don't know who they are. I have received phone calls from people I didn't know and I have just told them they have the wrong number. It sounds liek the person really wanted to tlak to you since they kept sending you all thsoe messages. My daughter has had that from her niece and she doesn't even have a texting phone. It seemed like it took her forever to to text her back as she had to hit keys more than once to get the letter she neeced. I had one of those phone, but now I have a messaging phone. I hope that it never happens to me, but beings that no one texts me, it probably won't. Have a great day, and happy mylotting.

I have text messages thing my computer phone, and I received a similar message just this week. The first one was like, hey cuz what's up. I replied asking who this was, because only two or three people that I know have my computer text message phone number. They said they were my cousin, so and so, and I responded with do you have a sister whit such and such name, or maybe you have the wrong number. They did not reply after that. I think they were just text messaging the wrong number. Thank goodness, the text messages don't cost me anything on my computer, whereas they are twenty five cents to receive, and forty cents to send on my cellular phone.

Hi Yugasini. This has happened to me in the past, as well, and it can be very aggravating. It's usually just a wrong number, but what I liked the least was getting text messages that I had to pay for and THOSE being a wrong number. Ack! I now have a cell phone again, but this time, a program with no contract involved, yayyy!, and one price per month to cover fully all my needs :) Karen

I feel, first of all, you should not reply to any unwanted message...if you start replying they will feel happy and continue to irritate you..they actually try to see how much interested you are when you see an unknown message...and if you are keen on asking who the person is then he / she might feel more happy to irritate you.

heyy yugasini.. i think u were supposed to ask off who that person was soon after getting the message..he probably must have entered wrong number n u got it..had u asked him there itself for confirmation, probably he would haven't messaged u back right.. it might have gone so,that next day when u called him,he considered u a prank..

They must have had some mistaken identity. Instead of sending messages to one of their friends, they must have punched your number wrongly.
