Hi all feel free to share your thoughts. for me i would say the chances of the lakers retaining it is quite high. this is because kobe is at the top of his game now and now with gasol helping to ease the pressure of him a little. they can definitely transform into the chicago bulls team that won so many rings togather. all they need now is a scorer which can giv them 15 plus points per game. some of you may say they already have odom. but odom cant be depended on. during his off days he could be scoring as low as 3 points and play for about 21 minutes. that is clearly unreliable. anyone in mind that can replace him?

I'll go with the Cleveland Cavaliers but they will have a tough grind to win it all. They have the pieces to be successful. They won 66 games in the regular season last year and only Ben Wallace and Sasha Pavlovic were gone on that lineup. In exchange, the acquired Shaq which will give them an inside presence. They have also signed Anthony Parker who is a good shooter and tough defender and also Jamario Moon is now a Cavalier too.
