status maintaining

Hello Yugasini. All people have equal status as human beings. That's how I would always like to see. Money or property is not the value or the status of a person. It is the nobility of the mind which really defines a person. A kind hearted person has a much higher status than a harsh hearted person. Have a nice time Yuga !

People think status is everything. If they invite people who are having some top status in society then their status will also increase etc. They don't know the real status of person and that can be seen by observing how they behave with people who are not equal to their status. If they don't respect anyone just because of their status then they are lowering their own status. Anyways, status is just a perceived value and it has no real value. It depends on other people and what they think. Character is like a tree which has spread its roots broadly and can stand any storm but this status is just like nice looking plant which cannot stand any storm and fall down very easily. So there is no need to think about such people who just look for status.

My grandmother is obsessed with status, though she doesn't have any at all- all she does is tell people that she was in the CIA and did top secret things (she never was), and brag about her family to people. Everyone in my family is annoyed when she goes on rants about status things, it is so weird. She basically made up an imaginary life that was wonderful to cover up dark memories of the past. I can't stand people that are so into status. My friend's mother is just like my grandmother, judging people with no status, though she has none herself. I think that type of person is worse than the people with any real status.

What do you mean, "statues"; like how rich they are? Anyway, sadly sometimes life is like highschool, but I would recommend joining a club, reaching out, making new friends, and having an event of your own! Hope I helped, Rose2798. :)
