How to add smileys in the discussions?

These are the below things which help you a little: 100+ posts --- You get a star rating 200+ posts -- Emoticons (smileys) gets activated. 500+ posts --- You can copy and paste large content here. You won't be able to until you reach 100 posts beside your name :) then you can hit the MYLOT CODE button
