is all chocolates are sweet?

i love eating chocolates, but i just want know if all chocolates are sweet,because most of the time i am always eating sweet chocolates and i don't know if their are sour chocolates, salty or whatever chocolates that is not sweet.

Chocolate is actually very bitter, when they add the sugar and perhaps milk it becomes sweet and edible. There are some chocolates that do not have much added sugar, and you will see a label that perhaps says "80% cocoa", that is a very bitter unsweet chocolate. You can get them in any grocery store in America. Chocolate comes in all sorts of flavor. I believe I have had salty chocolate before, and all sorts, I prefer the milky or dark chocolate the best though, I definitely do not like the unsweet kind!

I was going to say the same thing, the bitter (unsweetened) chocolate is the base for candy making and baking. It is also processed to make cocoa for drinking. I don't think that there can really be a "sour" chocolate as adding the ingredients to make the chocolate sour would collapse the integrity of the chocolate and make it so that it wouldn't harden or firm up.
I am a dark chocolate lover. I love the bit of tang or bitterness that it has, where the milk chocolate and white chocolate is much sweeter and doesn't leave that chocolate taste after the chocolate is gone.

I think most people want to eat sweet chocolate.That's not means because chocolate is sweet and then we'd like to eat it.The fact is we want to eat chocolate with it's own sweet.The sweet can't be separated with chocolate.They are a good couple
But your idea is still very fun.No one tell us chocolate can't be sour and salty.Nothing remains but to be made into tasty.That's OK

no, there are some chocolates are bitter. i think normally it is labeled, you can check it out.

I love cadbury very much. I always have them filled in my fridge with all type of cadburies. I always feel i am excited when i take one cadbury.
