Frenz are easy to make, but true frenz are hard to find.. There are so many channels to make frenz, and why should your fren be spending so much money on them?? True friends are normally found when we are into trouble or whatsoever, they will be there to lend us support, and never leaving us alone.. PLus, true frenz must be those whom understands us, knows us well, and that they can communicate with us.. Frenz wont forget about each other, even when they have not been contacting each other for a while.. THus, u can even ask your fren to stop doing that even..

base of freindship is to trust each other

There is a saying that says "The only way to have a friend is to be one". Although this might be a little bit risky, he can offer to help somebody who's in trouble. For example, if he sees somebody having car trouble, he can offer to help them. If he doesn't know anything about working on cars himself, he can get help for this person. This is one way to get a friendship started. Have you thought about referring him to mylot? If he has a computer and internet connection, I'm sure he would enjoy this.
