this is a hot topic.two midfield maestros both from england and both tryin to prove their own calibre.one a liverpool heart and soul and the other a chelsea modifyer.so who is it??is it stevie or is it frankie???who is the better one??both have a different style of play which is the best on their own??but when it comes to rivalry in club football who is the one to come out victorious??

frank lampard ,you know gerrad sometimes under performs in crucial matchs.when frankie performs his best in the crucial matches.an he stays fit and is almost never injured.so my opinion would be frank lampard.

the both of them have their own skill, may be we can see who is the better by testing them. example make gol from corner kick, who can make more gol thats the better. but the important is if both of them play in the country club (england) to win the world soccer in south africa, it will be good match to see.

I like more Steven Gerrard but both of them are very good players.

This is hardly a question at all. Gerrard sees a better pass, scores more crucial goals, runs back to help in defence, might well be the best football club captain in the world, and did I mention he is the most complete midfielder around?
This is not to say that Lampard is not good. He is quite good as well, with his passing, and his goal scoring rate is probably higher than Gerrard's.
But overall there is not doubt that Stevie is better.
