A very tricky situation considering that you're not sure where and when you'll be born, should it happen. However, I'll like to believe that I'll be back in the year 2070 and that I'll like to be a farmer. I'm sure that with more technological advances, man will live on instant foods and drinks and this would mean there would be a growing demand for health foods.
