Anyone know about the value of pottery?

I have a nice vase (see picture)(at least that's what I think it is.) On the base it says "ESTBd 1686 Old Foley James Kent Ltd Staffordshire England" and then the number 6544 in gold. So I Searched for it and can only seem able to find a Pitcher and Plates. Does anyone know what else this may be called? As I can't find it anywhere I know it's either rare and valuable or not worth much. Thank you for any help.
