Have you ever used a weapon?

Weapons have been in the history of mankind since the....well the beggining of mankind. There are all types and kinds of weapons from the past and present. I myself regulary use weapons such as swords, daggers, throwing axes and such from the medievel times. I don't use any guns or anything of that sort. What about you? Have you ever wielded a weapon? Do you know how to use it? What did you use it for?
