too much sweets are not good for your body, because too much sweet can cause diabetic.so that you will not be diabetic do not eat always sweet foods like chocolates.

Dark chocolate in small quantities is healthy - chocolate contains a lot of anti-oxidents that keep you healthy (more than blueberries and pomegranates).
"too much sweet can cause diabetic.so that you will not be diabetic do not eat always sweet foods like chocolates." - WRONG
Too many carbohydrates of any kind without enough protein and fat to balance them is the cause.
So, even if you never eat a sweet your entire life; but, you eat a lot of bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, pretzels, corn, etc. - you still run the risk of becoming diabetic.
The key to avoiding diabetes is to eat a healthy balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fat AND exercise regularly.
Chocolate can be a healthy part of your carbohydrate intake; but, only in moderation.

Chocolates only become "sweets" when they are mixed with sugar or any sweetener. But a lot of people say that chocolate or cocoa is healthy but of course we still need moderation in eating them because it is a known stimulant, and some people don't tolerate it that much.

Well i feel chocolate gives more happiness and freshness for me! But at same time, too much of it is not healthy!
