my new notebook

I just bought a notebook. I was never fond of gadgets before because I am not a techie person but this notebook looks really nice and I think it will come handy to me but unfortunately I am having a hard time downloading stuffs that would enhance my notebook. I dont even know how to install a desktop theme. I have already downloaded a lot of themes buit I cant install it. Who could give me a hand?

I think you maybe download some wrong kinds of themes,you can try some webs that
the netbook is fited for! Maybe the instruction will recommend some webs! That's
