is 3years old child too small to play soccer or join soccer team????????

I have a 3yrs old son that doesnt eat once he see ball or watching soccer.a coach advice us to bring the boy for training and he said talent is best pick from that stage...is the boy not too small,wont that affect his upcoming education?????

I think that at that age, he should be allowed to just kick the ball around for fun. But I think that he is too young to start any formal training. My daughter has a couple of friends that have been in competitive gymnastics most of their lives. And I feel really sorry for these kids. They no longer have fun doing what they used to love. They aren't allowed to be kids because they are always training. And what time they aren't training, they are in school. I'm not saying that you would treat your son like this, but it is easy to get caught up in it. If you do let him start training, just remember to let him have fun. Don't let the coach forget that he is 3 years old.
